What is this Blog all about?

It is no secret that people love great food. If you have found yourself at this site we have to assume you are a foodie like us.  My wife and I travel the world and believe that half the enjoyment of the trip is enjoying exciting new eating venues that pleasure our palettes. As we travel we will log in our experiences and provide feedback on restaurants that are run by Top Chefs and other great eating venues that come by either recommendation or just by accident. I hope that everyone that visits this site enjoys our experiences and visits the featured restaurants and provides their own feedback.
