I love Fish IBRT
I love cars and I think most men really love cars. This weekend I went up to Carmel to visit my friends Helen and Mark at their lovely house in Carmel by the Sea. I cave been wanting to go to the concours d'elegance http://pebblebeachconcours.net/ for many years. Helen and Mark have made it an annual event to volunteer with their friends to support the Carmel Youth Center and this year I got the invite join them. This weekend I came to the conclusion that the Ferrari was the Ford of the Monterrey Peninsula we saw everything from the first Ferrari to ones that just rolled out of the show room. I will let the pictures do the talking for the rest of the cars. I do have 2 great restaurants to talk about.
On Saturday we went to the Monterrey Aquarium and enjoyed one of the most spectacular Aquariums in the world. Both Helen and Mark discovered that I had a international certification for Bat Ray Touching IBRT we had a rare occurrence where the Bat Ray spotted me and floated by so I could touch it's wing, very rare. After all the fun we went and had lunch at the Aquarium http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/vi/vi_tips/dining.aspx. The restaurant could not have a more spectacular view it sits right above the kelp beds, they provide you with binoculars so you can look at the Otters, Sea Lions and the occasional Dolphin. Cindy Pawlcyn the co-owner and head chef of Mustards Grill and several others in the St. Helena area is the executive chef for the aquarium restaurant. Let's talk food. the restaurant prominently leads the effort in serving sustainable seafood, I ventured out and got the curried mussels, my friends got the fresh salmon burger and garlic fries. Both meals were rated a thumbs up.
