Paris Sights and Tastes

The last 2 days I hung out with my buddy Mark and we took in the sights of Paris.  We started out the first day meeting with a Colleague from Europe, Robin and had a great Lunch at a seafood restaurant near the Tour De Eiffel Le Fontaine De Mars.  We started of with a great Mussel Soup it was very delicate, the Entree was Cod Fish Fillet with Spinach.  This is a great restaurant and well worth trying.  From there we went to the Eiffel Tower and went up to the top on the funicular.  I had never been to the top of the Eiffel Tower because the lines had always been too long but today there was only a 5 minute wait.  On a clear day this is a must do the opportunities to get great views are tremendous.  It was a very damp and cold day so Mark and I made our way yo the Musee D'orsay which I think is the best Art Museum in Paris if you only have 2 hours to explore.  At this Art Museum you get more in such a small place.  While I was there they had a special exposition on Fashion in the Impressionists paintings.  JoAnn would have loved this so I saw a Christmas present opportunity to buy some great gifts.  From there Mark and I ended the evening at a Bar where we enjoyed a Glass of wine and a charcuterie.
